Multicell Ageing Ovens, as per UL 2556 & UL 1881
Inner Chamber: Made of SS 304.
Outer Chamber: Made of SS.
Size : 14 x 14 x 14 (LBH in inches)
Heater : On three sides of the oven.
Temperature Controller: Digital PID controller.
Temperature: Ambient to 200oC, +/- 1oC (at sensor point) ,
LC 0.1oC.
Temperature Overshoot: Thermostat will be provided to cut off the temperature after 250oC in case of temperature overshoot.
Air Flow: Fresh air is introduced from the bottom of the chamber, using specially designed valve such that it spreads within the chamber and flows over all the samples, finally leaving from the top.
Flow Range: 100-200 changes as per UL.
Air Blower: A air blower will be provided with the oven to generate the air flow within the oven. The air will be preheated before entering the oven to maximize the oven temperature stability.
Flow Meters: Digital air flow meter will be provided to display the air velocity. A Chart will be provided with the oven to illustrating the conversion of air velocity to air changes.
Hour meter or Timer: Non resettable Imported Digital 99999.59 hr or a timer with facility to shut off the Oven after the set time is over. Thermocouple : A class RTD probe will be provided to measure the oven temperature.
Control Panel: A control panel with ON/Off switch, PID controller, Air velocity display, Timer and indictors will be provided on the oven.
Calibration: Temperature Controller to be calibrated from a NABL Lab. Air Flow meter will be calibrated by a third party service provider.
