Air Pressure Chamber | Air/oxygen bomb test Chamber as per IEC-60811
The air pressure chamber test is used for heat aging of samples under oxygen air pressure. It is applicable for insulation and sheath of electrical cables. It is also used to aging for vulcanized rubber for change in tensile strength & elongation of the material.
Every Tech Trivial Air pressure chamber gives you exactly what you need: accurate measurements, consistent, reliable performance, best possible safety, and best possible warranty available.
The Air Bomb Apparatus is designed to test rubber parts against resistance to ageing. The parts of rubber are aged in an atmosphere of oxygen under pressure and an elevated temperature for a specified duration and then allowed to condition at room temperature at specified time.
The Air Bomb Apparatus consists Pressure Chamber designed to retain an internal atmosphere of Oxygen under pressure with provision for placing rubber test pieces. The chamber is fitted with a specialized heating arrangement. The working chamber is made up of Stainless Steel 6mm think sheet provided with a lid and special gasket to prevent leakages. The Chamber is provided with a digital PID controller (Fuji, made in JAPAN)
Pressure Gauge/Pressure regulator to read and control the pressure digitally, inlet/outlet valves for admitting and releasing oxygen and a safety valve (made in USA)
